While I was traveling my neighbor took in my cat, My chipped cat was found in the neighborhood and Pet Key contacted by an animal shelter to determine who owned the cat. Pet Key provided the shelter with only my home landline phone number and NOT my email address or my cell number which Pet Key also had on file. I was on vacation and could not receive the landline call. Unable to reach me on my landline, the animal shelter placed my cat up for adoption on the day I returned. I hired an attorney to try to unwind the adoption and failed. Pet Key apologized for not giving out my cell number and email address to the shelter. By that time the apology did no good and I lost my cat due to incompetence.

I never received my purchuse

I shouldn’t be tricked into paying additional money to register the chip I already paid for.

The microchip # was incorrect, therefore , I had to re-order everything. (after I noticed it was incorrect) Check your #'s !!! Still waiting on my new items and it has been over 2-3 weeks. :-(

WHAT A SCAM! Highly discourage anyone from using this companies service! I paid the $45 for the 'lifetime lost pet protection', and got NADA. My cat was reported missing 11/24/2019. I found her MYSELF 1/21/2020. Those who took her in, had taken her to a animal clinic to have her scanned for a chip... and guess what... NOTHING WAS FOUND. Hmmm.. weird. You would think for the money paid the chip would work... and hmmm.... YOU WOULD BE CONTACTED REGARDING YOUR LOST PET. I AM SO UPSET. I will be contacting PetKey for my REFUND ASAP.
