A well-made product, easy to engrave. I didn't understand that the tag I was buying was BLACK, however, as it's not at all easy to read.

So far I am happy with the site. However, I think the world assumes that everyone is tech savvy. If you are great with computers it would be a breeze, but for those of us who still struggle it is somewhat difficult. Takes a bit of time to speak to a person. I also have a hearing problem. and sometimes it is very difficult to understand the computer directions, had to keep going backwards to relisten. When I did get a person, it was difficult understanding some things had to ask them to repeat frequently. But the people were pretty helpful and I'm happy he is all registered.

I paid the higher price so that I would not have an annual charge. It seems like I should have received a little tag with his chip number on it or at least some sort of receipt. I received nothing. Other than that, I assume the chip is registered and on record. Thank you!
