I am disappointed with the extra $15 charged for what is just a flimsy dog tag, and a rather cheap and oversized one at that. Did you ever send away for something as a kid (like sea monkeys) and get a packet of brine shrimp in the mail? I would consider this experience very much akin to that. A feeling of being totally duped.

I ordered a collar from them on the 21st of January and today is The 18th of February and I still have not received anything yet so yeah I am not too happy with this company!

I have messaged 3 times for a refund that was taken out of my account this us the second year this company takes out automatically money I dont have Brooklyn anymore she is deceased I addressed the issue and still no respond to solve my problem.

We are sorry to hear that your pet professional didn't explain that registration of a microchip is a separate charge from implanting that chip. Your dog is registered for life here at Petkey, though, so there will not be any more costs associated with your registration. Had his tag on for one day and lost it due to a cheap attachment ring. Spent almost 16$ and it was cheaply made. Very disappointed.
