I am very sorry to hear that your dog has not been found. It's heartbreaking, we know. Unfortunately microchips are not GPS, so it's impossible for us to find your dog via the chip. It's an internal identifier that links ownership of a pet back to you once it is found and scanned in your community.

Our tags are etched from the microchip number in our registration system, so no one here is able to figure out how yours is wrong. I'm sorry. I'm going to issue you a refund for the tag you paid for, though.

Our records show that you paid for Lifetime registration for your dog, and a personalized id tag. I am sorry that the tag never reached you. I'll reach out to you personally to verify your mailing address and get a new tag out to you.

Hello, We think you might have your pet's microchip service confused with another. Your pets have been registered with lifetime registrations with us so there are no monthly fees associated with that and we have not received any correspondence from you. We are going to follow up with you to clarify.

Your purchased an annual registration for your pet, and the offer you received was to upgrade it to a lifetime registration to save money. I'm sorry that you are unhappy with this , and will cancel your membership and issue you a refund.
