We have charged you once for a lifetime registration, and have not charged you since, nor will we ever charge you again. If you feel there is an error, please call our call center at 866-699-3463 and one of our representatives will be happy to help.

I had difficulty registering my microchip number online. After filling out all of the required information, when I tried to check out, the server wouldn't complete the transaction. It kept returning me to a previous page. I repeated the process several times from the beginning and obtained the same result. I finally called the customer service number and reached a person who did not extend to me the courtesy that I thought I deserved. I detected the same condescending attitude that tech people often display to people who are not tech savvy, which I thought ironic because I have a degree from MIT. I do not believe that "the customer is always right," but neither do I believe that the customer is always wrong. Please give the customer the benefit of the doubt.

We hope that your dog has been found since this. Unfortunately microchips aren't GPS trackers, they are internal identifiers. We wish GPS tracking existed, too.
