You would have got a higher rating except that I do not respond well to badgering. The lost pet notices are acceptable but the rest is getting tedious.

WOULD HAVE GAVE A 5 STAR RATING BUT THE VET THAT PUT THE CHIP IN DID NOT INFORM ME THERE WAS A CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE

Registration was easy , finding where the information was not so. I had chipped a cat that showed up sick and skinny at a vet visit. After two months the owner was found. Cat had been missing for 5 years! trying to change the information to the real owner was not very easy first just trying to find the correct site then finally had to call a lost pet sit who told me i was looking at the wrong site which was listed on my receipts. After a couple calls and the correct site all is good. I guess first know when the chip is put in thats all the vet does, you need to register it. It's all a bit confusing once you register with whom. Oh well lesson learned.

Registering my dog's chip with PetKey has been easy to do and definitely cost effective. Knowing if my baby is ever lost, he will be able to get back home quickly with very little stress. Thank you PetKey.

Very easy process.

I couldn't navigate the website as there wasn't an adequate breed for my cat. The girl I spoke with was very helpful and got my cat registered quickly when I called. Since the response was so fast and efficient I'm very happy.

Great customer service and they were on top of it. Only thing is I paid and was supposed to get a name tag and it never came.
