Good customer service. Called back when they said they would. Spelled name of dog and person spelled it back to me but it was still put in incorrect so her collar tag is wrong :(

The reason why of the 3 starts because after you paying at the vet so you ending getting another charge .... I don't think is fear ... everything should be included
