The process for registering my pet was nice and simple, however, I ran into one glitch that I cannot fix. I accidently identified my cat as a Russian Shorthair, and when I tried to correct it to a Domestic Shorthair, the system would not allow me to edit. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars instead of 3.

I was very unprepared to have to pay for this service. My cat was neutered by a wonderful TNR/rescue group who are amazing. The chip was included in the fee for the neuter, and all we were told was to make sure to register the chip. Someone needs to explain to the groups to advise that there’s a fee for the service on the chip.

When I registered I registered 2 kittens ChaCha and 2 step. I only received a tag for one paying for 2 of them

I never knew that the chip was just information being saved. I figured it would have been tracking the location of the puppy as well. However, it isn't very bad since it builds a safer community.

I haven't used it yet other than to register so I couldn't say. It looks to be a very good product though

The product is great but I purchased it from the vet, paid the vet to put it in and then in order to register it I had to pay more money, I feel that is a bit excessive and expensive. When I had it put in I did not realize I had to pay extra to register it. I had one of my other dogs chipped with a different chip and did not have to pay any extra.

Everything was pretty easy, just was annoying that I had to pay for it when I purchased my dog and then had to pay another fee on here to register her. This has been the only microchip I have ever gotten where you had to pay a fee after.
