You registered your dog with us for a lifetime registration. You weren't swindled, we promise. Petlink is a different company with a different website. If you feel like you registered with us in error, please give us a call at 866-699-3463 and one of our call center reps will get this corrected for you.

We really wish that the technology existed to be able to track a pet by their microchip but unfortunately it just isn't there yet. Doing this would require a power source for the microchip. We are however issuing alerts and spreading her photo and information in hopes that whoever finds her will see this information or have her chip scanned so we can help get her home as soon as possible. Please don't lose hope.

I don't show that you purchased any products that you should expect to receive. What you purchased is microchip registration, which does not have physical products included. If you have questions, please call us at 866-699-3463 and one of our call center reps will be happy to explain in detail.

Some veterinarians include registration services with micro chip implantation. There are several companies they can offer this registration with. Rest assured, there was no intention by Petkey to in any way offend or deceive you. I am going to reach out to you personally to discuss this, because we want you happy with your service here at Petkey.
