I found the website confusing. My vet had said this was a free service with micro chipping my pet. I couldn't navigate the service unless I gave a cc # and chose a service plan. I haven't had to use the service yet. If the time comes when I have to use it, hopefully it will be more user friendly.

You were in the pet link sight. Thru me off is why I registered with you.then was charged twice. Did not find out for a little over 30 days they barely took off the 2nd charge an wouldn't let me get the rest of my money back cuz it was over 30 days. Hope that means I'm still registered for life.

I felt I didn’t receive enough information on how this works though my kitten is currentlyy it microchipped. The reading material online was not significant enough to relay there was an extra cost ((which I paid)) but I thought I was already paying for everything when I had her microchipped. There was no information saying”there will be a $45 charge to register” to me very false or hidden situation.
