Waited awhile for the collar. When received, it was so large that the smallest you can make it will fit a very large dog instead of my Shiba who we all know Shibas weigh the most 26 to 28 lbs. Was disappointed. Looking forward to put on my Kasey.

While the PetKey Microchip is an important protection for our dog, I believe the cost of purchasing the PetKey Dog Tag with customized name of our dog for the cost approx. $20.00 was way overpriced. When we received the Dog Tag in the mail, we couldn’t help but laugh! It shouldn’t have cost more than perhaps $5.00 at most & actually should come as a part of the Lifetime one-time Registration cost of $60.00

You were only charged once by our company, Petkey. Your pet has a second registration with another company, called Home Again. We've refunded your registration here at Petkey but you'll have to check with that company regarding your registration there.

I bought a harness for my dog, and I was so excited because it looked great. Then then I went to put it on her and it didn’t fit. I made it as big as possible and still too tight. So perhaps the sizing either needs to be re-evaluated or I misjudged the size of my dog. She is 62 pounds and I thought I got it right. So I’m out the money and have a harness that doesn’t fit.

Actually, I don't know how you did. So far I have yet to receive the tags I ordered. Another thing, you should explain that the information we input into the site is what will be on the tag, I hope.
