It’s really hard for me to rate anything until my dog gets lost. If that happens and I get him back I’ll let you know. I’m hoping it deserves 5 stars.

Disappointed the tase are not the same as previous. I liked the ones that had all the information with the picture. What I got was not that type anymore. I feel I wasted my money.

We will follow up with you to clarify. The tags should still have all of the same information on them. If not we can get you a new one that does not a problem.

We are really glad that your dog has not gone missing. Rest assured, though, if we ever does, we will be here to help. Our phones are open 24x7, 7 days a week to check microchip ownership and issue alerts. We would share sightings of your dog, or notify you if he was found, every thing we can do to help. Everything ran smooth and Heidi who help me get my puppy register is the best . Had to leave her phone message twice and she got right back to me both times for concerns .

I adopted my dogs from a rescue group who had previously microchipped my dogs. The rescue group took care of transferring the dogs ownership to me but I do not feel PetKdy's communication regarding any steps I need to take were clear.
