Never Responded I thought i used the promo code for my purchase and realized i hadn't. i emailed them to ask how to proceed in order to use the promo code and never received a response.

Online registration was a nightmare. Every time I chose one year service, It automatically changed to lifetime. I’m not even sure if my dogs are registered.

It’s hard to get ahold of someone for customer service questions. No follow up email after purchase to give shipping updates. Pet I’d tag could be much better quality than it is. Should’ve purchased elsewhere

I purchased a rescue pet and the organization provided the information to register the pet. However, I was asked for additional money (approximately 60 dollars). I did want the name tag which I planned on paying for but I did not plan on paying for the monitoring, which I believed I was getting with the cost of the the pet. The website would not allow me to advance without that information. It is also the fault of the shelter because they registered the pet under the name they gave him, not the name we gave him. Too much miscommunication!

Received some but not all items from PK. I think it’s not worth the money as all can be done by your local vet.
