Our service identifies an animal as yours if it is found. We also reach out to you by phone and email to let you know where to reunite with your pet. A microchip is not a GPS tracker, but it is a very important tool in getting lost pets back to their home.

When a lost pet alert is sent, it goes to a 25 mile radius of the address your pet is missing from, to registered pet owners and pet professionals, to let them know to be on the look out. This is not limited to one time, you just have to call back and request that we broadcast again, or you can do it yourself from your owner account. Give us a call at 866-699-3463 and any of our call center reps would be happy to rebroadcast the alert for your cat. We hope she is found soon.

Please understand that the only way we have of obtaining your information is from you entering it directly into our website. We have no way of redirecting your computer to our site or using any trickery, we promise. We are a different company than Home Again and have an entirely different website.

Hello, I verified that your pet is registered for a lifetime. You may be receiving emails from a previous subscription that was a yearly subscription with a different company but rest assured your pet is protected for life.
