I paid for a tag for my dog and haven’t received it. Would like to receive it but if not then refund the amount I paid for it.

There is no way I can give an accurate review. I contacted Petkey, signed up my cat and that was that. They were business like, courteous and efficient. I have had no more contact with them I don't believe.
