I enrolled so that I could report a lost cat and I never saw any notification go out about that cat. What did I pay for?

Un microchip no es un rastreador GPS, es un identificador interno. Cuando su mascota es encontrada y escaneada, podemos identificar tu la dueña o como suya para dueño y llevársela a la casa.

I was referred here to find out who put a chip in the cat that adopted me a couple years ago. I didn't get info about the owner and only was trying to be sold something. Not the service I expected.

We don't share owner info with good samaratains who find pets but we do give the owners the pet finder's info - it's in our privacy policy. We do share owner info with animal control officers, rescues, and other pet professionals who are reuniting pets with their owners. We do hope you can understand why this matters to pet owners.

Cute however the whole point is to be able to track my pet if she were to run away. When i scan it the location is inaccurate, she is right next to me and it says she’s 300 miles away.

Micro chips are not GPS trackers, unfortunately. Microchips are internal identifiers. When a pet is found, the mirco chip identifies it as theirs, to be returned to them. GPS tracking technology doesn't exist for microchips yet.

It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my order. I emailed their only customer service contact and have not heard back. In my books this is stealing my money.

According to our records, you placed an order for a registration for your dog, but not for any physical products. Nothing is shipped to you for a registration, but the welcome email gives you access to your account here. I clicked on the link for my pets chip that was implanted to update his information...I wasn't paying attention....this link popped up instead of my pets microchip company...it even had all his old information....I updated it and paid the fee then realized I had been scammed by this company....they had phished the IP ADDRESS of the company and rerputed me to theirs....took my money.
