Misleading I thought this site had to do with the microchips manufacturer.

Never wanted your product. Had a prepaid chip from the vet and while registering my chip, I was misdirected to your site.

I called the number online, & I asked the person, is this home again, she said yes. well guess what, it was not,, I have nothing good to say about petkey
Response from PetkeyApr 30, 2021
We are a different company than Home Again and we are not affiliated with them in any way. Our representatives answer the phone by saying "Petkey" and would never misrepresent our company name. I'm sorry that you are unhappy with your first call's service here but we are happy to help any time you need us.

I havent heard anything at all about my cat. I regret paying anything just to fill out a questionairre!
Response from PetkeyApr 30, 2021
Microchips require someone to find a lost pet and have the animal scanned. Then we are able to reunite lost pets and their owners. We re sorry to hear that your cat has not been found. I re-broadcast the alert for your cat today so your community was again notified to be on the look out for her.
