The website was a little difficult to navigate but we got exactly what we ordered and the security of having our pup registered is a great feeling.

Still haven't found my pet...but that's not pet keys fault...it would be nice if they sent notices to all animal shelters in your home state......the lost pet flyers are a little too busy and the photo area should be larger

Question the durability of the pet tag. Registration was confusing with names of vaccines being different than on vet invoices.

Unfortunately it's tough to standardize names. Different services and different vets can all use variations and abbreviations on vaccine names. If you need help entering your vaccinations, feel free to give us a call at 866-699-3463 and one of our reps will be happy to help.

I was not told by the Humane Society that I had to register. My dog broke her leash. People who found her had her chip scanned and were not given info on owner (me). A lot good the chip did.

I ordered an ID card, which came in good time and all, but i was confused why when I ordered, it didn’t have me fill out the Rabies Vac date portion to be printed on the card. I thought it was strange and then thought, maybe after I purchase it, I would get a notice to add that before it printed? Anyway, hoping maybe I can just add it with a sharpie and it will work.. ?
