We sincerely hope that Scooter never does go missing and need our services but he is protected just in case. We hope that we are able to provide some peace of mind knowing that he does have that extra layer of protection. We apologize that you were not completely satisfied. I looked into your shipment and the tracking does indicate it was delivered 7 days after it shipped. I do see that you updated your pet's name and your contact information with us just a couple days ago and we did agree to send you a new set of cards at no charge with that updated information so you should see that arriving very soon.

Hello, I will follow up with you directly to make sure you have the correct login information for your pet's account. It sounds like maybe you were trying to create a new account but you do have a full account for Gidget so I will follow up to make sure you are able to access it.

We apologize but tracking on your original shipment does show that it was delivered to your Mailbox on 11/21/18 so we wouldn't have known otherwise. We have issued another one though since you called in to let us know. You should be seeing that one very soon.

The tags are laser etched so they hold up really well but we will definitely stand behind them if you find Bear's tag wears too much.
