Didn’t receive any alerts or calls and have yet to find my dog. It was highway robbery if you ask me.

Microchip identification of pets rely on someone finding your pet and taking it to be scanned. We are sorry to her that your dog has not yet been found. We will reach out to you instantly when we get a call from a finder of your pet.

You were to refund my payment. I use Home Again not Petkey. This was suppose to be taken care of over a month ago.
Response from PetkeyMay 7, 2021
It looks like you were already refunded and your account with us has been closed. These reviews are scheduled once you initially register and unfortunately this review service does not let you cancel them once they are already scheduled so I apologize for the confusion.

I was charged for a 1 year and a lifetime fee! I should only have been charged for a lifetime fee.
Response from PetkeyMay 6, 2021
Our records show that you were refunded for this accidental overcharge. Please give us a call at 866-699-3463 and let us know this is not the case. You should have received an email confirmation.
