All I've done is pay for a lifetime protection for my dog. I haven't needed to use a service yet.

Pretty cheesey dog tag. I expected better quality for the money. Made of tin. And tiny. I think it was like 15-20 bucks. Kind of disappointing.

We only have one company at our site, and you only paid us once for lifetime registration for your pet. You may be confusing the second charge with someone else. This was way too large for our pet collar. She is around 20 lbs and the size was the smallest size available and it was too large! That being said, I highly recommend that pets have this information on, in case they are lost. We had one made that is much smaller with all of the information needed. So glad.

No opinion really My dog has the chip and he can't tell me how he likes it. Your site however is good. I love the metal tag I bought. Lots better than the plastic temporary tag.

Name tag was not as I saw on site. Didn’t want the multicolored tag. Just nit what I expected and a waste of money.
