Ordered a microchip tag. Tag came in a timely manner but some numbers are not clearly defined due to the size of the print and look blurry. There was a line through the bottom of the last couple of digits of the phone number where the etching skipped same blurriness on some of the other letters. I submitted a comment on PetKey’s website about what I felt was poor quality and they never contacted me back. I’ve gotten better laser engraved tags from PetSmart for similar price. I personally wouldn’t waste the money for the quality.

I purchased the one year membership for my cat, and noticed that I received an email with a $10 discount on the lifetime membership with a coupon code. I was trying to upgrade using the coupon code I received in an email and my coupon code would not work. I called the center and explained my situation and the lady on the line was cutting me off and going through the process so fast. She upgraded me and charged me $10 for a ID tag, now my balance was $20 more than what it should be ($10 for coupon, $10 for ID tag). I explained I don’t want the ID. She already charged my card for everything before confirming my purchase and what she was typing in was correct !!!! She explained my card would be credited back! She never gave me the $10 discount using the coupon code if I upgrade, had to wait 4 business days for the $10 for the ID tag I did not want to credit back to my account and she put in my cats profile DOG !!!! My advise SLOW DOWN AND ACTIVELY LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS !!! Moving fast is not a desired behavior in your job if it’s full of mistakes !!!

The website seemed easy to use and I was able to register my dog with no problem. The issue is that the only tag you are able to get with her pet ID on it is a cheap plastic/foam one glued to a thin metal disc. Our 3 month old dog (7 pounds) chewed it to pieces the first day she had it on her appropriately fitted collar—with baby teeth! Not only the plastic part but the metal too. Not worth the money for that!

can't get in again

I had a microchip inserted at my Vet. I was shocked to discover it was through a company I had never heard of and he charged double than anywhere else. Then I go to this company to register the microchip and discover they want a lot of money to do register. I have microchip companies on my other dogs who are much less money to register. I would not have had this done had I known. I would have gone elsewhere. Too costly.

You should do you home work on dog breads, and dont be snappy to your customers, will not renew my year.

The new tag I ordered fell apart the first day

I order one of your packages it never came when I called at first she said I received it I told her I didn’t and told her what my tracking in package said then she said I’ll get it sent to you! Then I received it and tag was all scratched up!
