Website has been very difficult to use with the need to use help multiple times. I am STILL not sure I am totally signed up correctly.

Your pet is 100% registered for life. We are constantly working on improving our online experience and will be launching an app as well in the very near future to make things even better.

Pet key uses web searches to redirect searches to their web page. Petkey costs are twice what other pet chip registers charge. Pet key is a poor service for the money

While we do advertise online similar to most of the major pet registries, it is not possible for us to redirect traffic from any online search. Unlike many of the other pet chip registries, we do offer a lifetime registration that is serviced by a 24/7 staffed call center which allows us to reunite pets much quicker than most registries but does require us to charge an affordable fee to continue to provide this service.

Something that I didn't need for the dog when he is chipped.
