We haven't had occasion to use it yet...hopefully never will, but we have to protect our boy just in case. I lost a loved pet several years ago and never found him or knew what happened to him. Still makes me cry to this date, so I never want to experience that again. That is why we decided to go with the chip and our vet recommended Pet Key. So far so good!
