Hello. I called to pay for my dog's micro chip. The fellow I talked to was so nice, and very polite. Being I'm not techy, I couldn't do it on line. The fellow, I'm sorry, I don't recall his name, didn't talk to me in a condescending manor. Thank you Elaine

My dog disappeared one day. I contacted petkey immediately because he always comes when I call him. He was gone 3 days. The third night I heard a truck stop nearly house. It opened it's door and I heard him barking & running toward me. I've often thought that someone saw these & returned him. He's never disappeared again.
