The process was very easy.

I think you guys are amazing but a few things lead to the 4 instead 5 star. One it take way too long to receive an item and the second thing is I think you guys should sell the plastic/rubber things that go around the ID tags. A lot of cats don't enjoy noise and the ID made so much that my little guy was scared of himself and I had to take it off.

We had our Pointer chipped March 2019. When I went to check on my membership status, I found that the number on the plastic yellow tag on her collar did NOT match with the record at the vet; had them read the chip and sure enough, staff had given us the wrong collar tag. So that's their "bad", but when I called Home Again, gave the tag number, the associate would not even tell me WHAT CITY that number was registered to. Of course, not the name of the client, but I believe the tag belonged to a missing dog named "Skye" and I would have gone to inform the vet sooner if I'd known the tag was a local one. Meanwhile, "Skye" was running around with my dog's tag?

My only problem is when I registered my dog chip I did not realize Petkey was like a site that took over for the site . I think it is confusing.

Was easy to use and had no problems getting booked.

On-line istructions were fine. Just hope we never have to use it.

Great response to initial query. Instructed me on how the chip functions. We set up our little adopted kitten. Happy with all they have done.

This is the first time I've had a pet (dog) chipped so I'm not personally sure how this product compares to others. However, I found the registration process very easy and intuitive. Hopefully, we'll not have to find out if it works (meaning a lost pup) yet am pleased with the process so far.
