I didn't realize I had to pay $45 to have my pet's microchip activated. It costs $65 to have it installed and I was very unhappy I was forced to pay another $45. My other cat has a microchip registered to another company and I didn't have to pay extra to get it registered. I look at your organization and the way they treated me as a scam.

We will follow up with you as you shouldn't have to pay twice for the registration. There is usually an implantation fee charged by the vet but to be sure we will follow up with you to make sure they charged you correctly.
