Shocked to find my cell phone number plastered all over everything. My expectation was the service provided an easy contact 800 number that people would use. I have discarded all material to avoid others having my cell phone contact information. Very dissatisfied!

The pet key tag we ordered had the paint come off within 2 weeks. Very bad product

We are very sorry to hear that your pet's tag wore so soon. We have a new tag process that will not have that issue that will be available to ship next week. We are sending you a new one.

The company misprinted my dog tag...when I called to have them fix THEIR mistake they insisted on charging me shipping. I told them that I would not pay shipping as I had already paid for the tag and the shipping. "manager/supervisor" would not budge. As an older individual, I had a very hard time understanding BOTH people I spoke to when I called to let them know of mistake. Not happy.

We believe that you may have called the wrong microchip company to follow up on your ID tag as we have no record of you contacting us to let us know of the error and we would definitely replace any ID tag that was printed incorrectly at no charge. We will follow up with you to determine what the mistake is so it can be corrected and re-issued.

You did just fine.

The printing on the tag is very small and hard to read. I would still do it again.

Registering to have my dog chipped was fine, the tag sent was thin, cheap and hard to read the inscription. I put it on my dog's collar anyways, and she began shaking her head. We ordered a more solid tag which she has no problem wearing.

We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your pet's ID. We are in the process of upgrading our tags and we will be sure to send you one of the new ones once they are available.

I called them on my tag misprint and they wouldn't come good for it. They wanted me to spend more money instead. Not impressed.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review, Joanna. After reviewing your account, I see that you entered in all of your information and completed your registration online. We take the information from the tag directly from your online account, if the phone number was entered in online incorrectly it would also show up on your pets tag. I see that you contacted us to correct the phone number on your account, but I do not see a request to re-order a corrected tag. We do apologize for any confusion regarding your account and we will happily issue you a new tag.
