Just rescued Nala recently must have chip with spay for fear of running away until she got used to us. Everything great so far.

I keep getting reminders to renew and I already have.

Wonderful for your pet , keeps wanting u to upgrade, even when u can upgrade for a certain time until u can renew again, just don't appreciate being pushed or rushed without they knowing what a customer can do at a certain time . service would b much better if not being pushed like that. I understand they r trying to keep your pet safe but have to understand as well a customer can only do what they can until they can upgrade. Just stop pushing or rushing the customer.

This is a necessary service that we hope we never have to use. We thought the service was included with the price of the chip. I guess we were just a little surprised. However, the pricing is really not that bad when you consider the worth of the safe return of your loved one.

Very clear instructions. I'll know more if I need to use it.

Easy to use website. Have not received my packet in the mail yet.
