The tag has been designed to be lightweight intentionally to put the least amount of burden on your pet's neck as well as minimize the clinking noise when a pet wears more then one ID tag. The printing should not wear. In fact we made the switch to the printing to make the tags more legible and prevent wear as lasered and engraved tags will wear off eventually. If you ever have any issues with your pet's ID tag please let us know and we will replace it. We do offer 100% satisfaction as well. We don't show that you requested a refund on your tag but if you really are not satisfied with it then please let us know.

We apologize if your tag did not come out perfect. We do have a new tag we just released that I am sure you will be much happier with so we are sending a new one your way.

USPS tracking indicates it was delivered in or at your mailbox on 5/23 at 1:13 PM. We will follow up with you to verify the address so we can get a new one issued.
