I was pleased with the price but thought I was purchasing a hard bound edition of the book at a discount. I planned to share it with friends as I have already read it. I noted a delay getting it and only then sorted out that this was an e book edition, that I cannot share......

Total scam. Called to change the address of my pet's ID from the shelter where I got her to my address and the customer service operator told me she could do that. I paid the fee. But later found out the pet was originally registered with a different company and petkey was not able to actually change the address. The customer service operator should have been honest and told me I had to contact the original service that registered the pet to change the address.

I was grabbed by their software to renew with PetKey. HomeAgain carries my chip information. It was quite perfect because I questioned it all along but couldn’t firgure out how to get out it it. Very sneaky and it’s done all the time with vendors. Just happened to me this time. Not happy and PetKey has my $45.

I didn’t find this thing useful actually, I’ve lost my kitten 2 months ago, yet no sign of him. Pawboost Alert is way better compared to PetKey, it’s just my personal opinion.

I'm in the Army. While I was at training the person watching my dog called them and had everything switched over out of my name. When I came back from training and realized what happened. I called them to ask how can they authorized it and their response was you didn't answer your phone. So now I have to go through the legal system and lose more precious time with my dog because there system isn't right.

You stated you refunded my 2 purchases of $45.00 for 2 transactions and I only received 2 cents. Since till waiting for full refund.

We were able to confirm that the full amount of the refund was issued. Please confirm with your bank as they were probably just displaying it online as pending as that amount.

I was on another website when unbeknownst to me I was switched to the pet key site and signed up thinking I was still on the original site. That is dishonest and I don’t deal with companies like that. I called the original company and they weren’t aware that their customers were being hijacked
