Received the wrong dog food from what I ordered called them the next day no questions asked shipped the right dog food out. We are all human and mistakes happen great customer service

Easily found the item I was looking for. Added it to AutoShip for a discount. Product was delivered in a timely manner and my cat likes it.

What I was looking for was easy to find, order and receive with free shipping. I couldn't believe how fast I received my items.

Bag of food had a tear. And dog treats were smashed. Not sure why they would package small boxes with huge dog food bags.

I ordered some prescription dog food on March 25th. Today is April 5th and I still haven't gotten an email telling me it's been shipped. I called customer service on April 3rd, the representative had no idea why my order hadn't shipped, it was approved just sitting there. He said he'd make sure they shipped it right away. I will never order anything from this site again.

Excellent company. I got the product the zippy paws in the shape of a caterpillar. My dog loves to play with it.
