I had a very good experience. The only thing I would like to see changed is letting me know when items will ship. Some of my items came one day and the others came a few days later. I was not notified of this so I was concerned when only part of my order arrived.

I have been ordering from Pet flow for couple years last year sometime I received a box it was full of ants I called complaint I got a refund last week I ordered a box came full of ants again entire box I had to throw everything out 2- bags of dog food and dog toy got the reorder today i opened the box and bottom of the inside had ANTS AGAIN NOT AS MANY BUT WHYYYYY is my question just why especially when I called and complained about my first order you would think they would make sure that the order they recently resent was good !! I called them they have nothing to say just to send pictures And they will Look into it...... After working 12 hours unloading the stupid box that I have to wash and vacuum my floors multiple times because I have ants that spread everywhere who wants to do that if they don’t issue me a refund I’m gonna make it my business to blow them up on social media And to top it off the person I spoke to from customer service sounded like they were annoyed with me because I called previously to complain about my first order and now this order and the one from last year it ain’t my fault you got ANTS AND UR company has THE NEVER TO RESEND A NEW ORDER WITH ANTS AGAIN..... I’m so annoyed with this company it’s unbelievable

Great Experience!!! This was my first time ordering from PetFlow. Very pleased with the overall experience. Harley, my Shih Tzu, is very picky and will only eat a specific flavor of a certain brand. I'd been shopping around for a while and was so excited when I found it here. From the online shopping to the very fast delivery, PetFlow is definitely the way to go.
