Excellent price, customer service follow up timely and delivery no issues

I won’t buy pet food from this company again, as they sent me expired product. I was promptly refunded my cost when I complained, but it never should have happened. They’ve lost a customer.

Awesome site! This was my first time ordering from Pet Flow, and I must say, it was an awesome one! The site is easy to navigate, there is a great variety of items, the prices are reasonable and the shipping was lightening fast! Nothing more I could ask for.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my order, thankfully it had not shipped. I found customer service friendly, fast and understanding.

I normally use Chewy's but I'm looking for another company for auto delivery so I decided to give this company a try. Their communication was fantastic. I gave them 4 stars because of limited supplies but they did a great job of keeping me updated on the status of my order. Their prices are reasonable and I will buy from them again.

These cardboard pet carriers are amazing! Perfect for my bunnies to be transported and the price point is right on. Only complaint is that they often do not have enough in stock for the size order I place but everyone must be catching on to this great carrier.

I ordered dog food from PetFlow. A couple days later I received an email notice from the mail service provider that an attempt for delivery was unsuccessful due to problems with my address. That’s when I noticed that I had left out my house number by mistake. So I contacted PetFlow and they contacted the Mail Service Provider and gave them my house number and they rerouted my package and it arrived the next day. I don’t know of any other business that would do that. PetFlow is awesome!!! Thank you again PetFlow. I am your customer forever!❤️
