Love ordering my fur babies their puppy food always on time!!

If something is out of stock, it would be nice to know before the order is placed. Not everyone checks their email daily.

I like the inventory of items they have. The only thing wrong is the same with a lot of sites these days. They make it very hard to cancel automatic shipments. It should be easy. Click on cancel the program and it gets canceled. No - You have to make a call and be on hold until you give up waiting. They say click on the live chat icon, that you can't find on the page.

Would not recommend PetFlow. I ordered food, which the website said was available, never got it and called them. They said they emailed me saying they were out of stock. I never got an email and their website should be up to date! Will not use PetFlow again!
