I cannot say enough good words about Petflow. From their ease of ordering, to their actual service, to their customer service. All great and I've been a customer for many years. My only concern is that if you order two 30 lb bags, instead of putting the bags in two boxes that are heavy enough, they put two bags in a huge box which is unsafe and unfair for our FedEx carriers to handle. I have asked twice (in different years) if I could have two 30 lb boxes instead, but their policy remains to be one box when two sacks. Very disappointing.
