Love the customer service and thrilled they carry the brand we use. Only borderline issue I have is that the kibble smelled almost rancid. Most likely the boxes got hot in transit.

I was not happy at all with my experience. Your on line shopping is not up to standards with me. I ordered Denamarin and I asked if it was in they said yes I put my order in in 5/5/21 I had to keep calling back because all your web site said was shipped. I had to call you back numerous times to finally being told you didn’t have the product. Your on line shopping needs a lot of help.

What I received was great. But part of my order was no longer available and I just wish I’d known that before I ordered it. I wasn’t charged but still I ordered from you because you needed that item

My dog was on restricted diet and his food sold out everywhere. I found some here and prices were double but no choice so we ordered. I got the notice on Thursday saying they arrived tomorrow. Today is Saturday and still no food so I called. The rep wasn’t friendly and told me that I should get it by Monday. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this website again. I love Chewy 2 days shipping and never late.

Faster delivery is the only thing that would have made this better. We have struggled with product availability and was glad to find eukanuba adult dog food in stock.

Customer service is horrible. Will not ship to Alaska. Fails to respond to questions in a timely manner. Constantly referred to me by the wrong name.
