Package delivered on time, packed well and I never have to worry about it being delivered damaged.

I like their turn around, I rodered a Kong chew ball and prescription diet treats. Unfortunately I am not a fan of presciption items. I requested Royal Canin Hydrolized protein treats. They requested the approval from my vet before checking if the item is in stock. 5 days after my order I got notified that it's out of stock and cancelled that part of the order.

My wife went to your site searching for a particular prescribed diet cat food, your site said "In-Stock", she ordered immediately with response of "notice when shipped"! A week later still NO NOTICE, I e-mailed to question order and got a generic response of how "slow" business has been, finally got a "Order has "shipped"notice and received it! Funny how quick I got this review/opinion notice though!

PetFlow was able to supply my extremely hard-to-find prescription catfood. They were patient and accomodating while I located the Rx, then quickly shipped at 1/4 the product price of the only other in-stock seller. I had to call PetFlow a couple of times due to an ommision on my part & was blown away by the serene, helpful staff who clearly knew their stuff, cared about the critters, & fixed the issue. That customer service contact is what will keep me their customer for sure.
