Your website sucks. Really. Needs improvement. While I’m at it,,, any discount offered to me,, at checkout doesn’t apply.

I DON'T LIKE TO WRITE THESE THINGS. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. PRICES ARE FAIR. TAKES A WHILE TO GET THINGS. BUT I DON'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS. WILL KEEP BUYING FROM THEM.

I had a simple re-order, 1 bag of dog food and 1 treats; all my personal and billing info is in your system. Yet it took 19 minutes to complete the order, much of it in silence. She was pleasant, but I may at least check out competitors particularly since the two largest bags of our particular food were out of stock.

Out of stock 2/3 items. Yet website showed in stock. Will not be a repeat customer.

I had a very good experience purchasing from Pet Flow. Almost everything came in on time. I am still waiting for an item. The ones that came in were packed extremely well. I will be buying from them again!

Last experience I had with petflow staff after it has been owned by Phillips Corp., was far different from the warm, sincere staff of the original company. These people have no compunctions about boldly lying if it suits their convenience to justify what they say. They are fooling no one. I put up with it because of the discount. It's no longer because I'm loyal to petflow, but simply a monetary relationship. Their delivery is accurate and reliable, and resolution of discrepancies is quick and satisfactory. Good products. They're always backordered on IAMS perfect portions chicken pate.

I ordered a prescription pet food that the website claimed to be in stock. My order didn't ship, despite my confirmation that it did. I live in a rural area, not near ANYPLACE that I can get this food, and after 4 days of waiting I ran out of food. I was NEVER notified that the product was out of stock and finally had to initiate a call to see what was happening with the order. I also had to scramble to feed my 160 pound Great Dane until the order arrived. This kind of customer service, especially with a prescription dog food, was terrible.

Buying from PetFlow for a few months now.....very happy with their prices and customer service.
