I had to euthanize my once in a life cat Noah Monday May 10 2021. I live trapped Noah on January 12 , 2001 using a Wendy's Chicken Sandwich as bait. After neutering's and surgical repair of two fractured legs from old BB shots, he generously agreed to live as an inside cat with me. Noah was diagnosed with IBD and Chronic Kidney disease in 2013 when he was 12 years old. His doctor prescribed Royal Canin PR and Noah had been eating it for eight years. I always kept four cases in his cupboard. During the RC shortage I found the food available here and ordered four cases. The food arrived the day after I lost Noah. I eventually called PetFlow to ask if I could return the food. The representative I spoke with was very kind, he said they could not accept the food as a return because it was shipped directly from Royal Canin but that PetFlow would issue me a credit for the full amount. Then he said I could donate Noah's food to a local Charity. Noah's food went to Toby's Cat Rescue in Michigan. Thank you PetFlow. Treating and caring for a pet with a chronic illness is expensive. And losing a well loved cat is devastating. You helped me emotionally and financially. And, you helped the ill kitties safely and happily living at Toby's Cat Rescue, they Thank you too.
