I have been ordering from Petflow for years, so this experience is a novelty, but nevertheless it happened. After placing my order, I was sent the usual confirmation email that the order was being processed and an expected ship date. This was the last I heard. I expected to hear that the order was shipped, but heard nothing for several days after the shipping date that was mentioned in the confirmation email. I finally called Petflow. The order was looked up and found that there had been a glich, and the order was still listed as being at the warehouse, apparently in limbo. I was told that it would be looked into to get things moving. It took several more days before I fiinally receved a notice that my order was shipped and the date of arrival given. It did not arrive on that day, but the next. What usually takes a few days turned into almost two weeks of frustration not knowing what was happening, having to check on the order and even then not receiving the service usually expected. I hope this does not become a pattern of service in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Gerald Vaver

The shopping was easy, I quickly found what I wanted. I received a confirmation quickly. So far..happy..happy..happy. I received an email my order was out of stock. I was given 2 options to contact Petflow, email/call. I emailed to cancel and to date I still have not received a response my order was cancelled.

Took a long time to get order, Ran out of dog food waiting for order. Had to call several times to have them locate order.

Items I need are always available and are shipped promptly. They are also lower priced than my local pet supply stores. A win win!
