I live at the border from Mexico and I take my pet to Mexico veterinary,he gave me the prescription for some FOOD and the license number is there,the stamp is there, the signature is there it’s a legit clinic!!!!!! And it’s not any drug or medicine that I was going to buy it’s just FOOD! He’s not going to get sick with prescribed food, and you won’t sell it to me because my pets doctor it’s in Mexico I am very disappointed because of that.

I struggled finding the special rx food I needed for my dog after she spent two nights at the Emergency Vet. They recommended this food. I searched several website that told me immediately they were out of stock. Then I was excited to find your website and was able to order. Then Over a WEEk later I get an email telling me you are out of stock. My order was cancelled. What exactly do you not understand about the need for RX food and the urgency in having it shipped? I was told it was cancelled when it should have already been delivered!!! Now I’m still waiting on a shipment from somewhere else that is due tomorrow. I guess your company doesn’t understand how urgent it is to be able to actually feed my dog!!
