I am not happy for this reason…..I ordered from your site just so I could get my special dog food RoyalCanine Hepatic, have had a hard time getting it. I also got a pig ear so I would get the special discounts I needed to be at $100. Mind you my dog is in need of medical food. What came in in a week and a half was not the food, it was the pig ear. I have not heard from anybody nor have I received anything about a back order or when is it shipped or so on. I am very frustrated and I also signed up for repeat delivery. I did call, the gal on the phone said I don’t know when it will be coming in and she believes it comes from Canada and they’re having issues with shipment. So basically I am in the same situation that I started. communication people??

Placed an order for some Puppy food and a puppy toy. The Food shipped from Las Vegas, NV, and shipping was quick. The toy shipped from New Jersey, and I'm pretty sure someone riding a bicycle delivered it because it took forever. Bottom line, they're service is great, as long as they don't have to ship from an alternative location.

I ordered prescription dog food on June 21, 2021. There is no way to upload the prescription to the site. Pet flow has to contact the vet to verify the prescription. My order is not due to arrive at my house until July 5, 2021. Two weeks after order. As this is prescription food, I needed to order it from another online provider and it arrived three days after my order. Pet Flow’s prices are very good.
