Great service - both online and with your customer service representatives.

Fast delivery of all that I ordered. Will be using Pet Flow for monthly delivery of my dog’s food and treats.

I ordered the product and received a shipping notice not long after the initial order. 8 days later, the tracking still says Label Created with no movement. Called the company and they said they didn’t know what happened and would ship out a replacement. But of course not before an algae bloom, and with nothing for my troubles except an “oops.” Not a fan of their customer service. Hoping the replacement order has better results and actually gets sent out…

Couldn't find the product anywhere else but PetFlow at the time. So impressed with the timely way in which it was shipped. I was just about out of my dog food and they came through. Kudos. I will definitely reorder.

I would have given 5 stars if my order had been completed without delay, but at least I was given a credit for a future order for the cancelation. Thank you.

Nice selection of products and great quality. My order arrived very fast and my Doxie loves the food. Also i got a chew for him and he has it almost. finished.
