Best price I've seen for Open Farm dog food and the prompt and free delivery made the experience a win win!

This was my first time to order my dog's food at PetFlow. Snacks were not in a good condition and the bag was pretty much damaged. I don't want to order food again from PetFlow after looking at the delivered items.

Pet Flow has been my pet food supplier for several years now. The staff is polite know their products . Shipping is fast .I am happy with them

So far my experience with PetFlow has been great! They have some fantastic deals and promos. I haven’t received my packages yet, because I have scheduled them to be delivered in the future. I really like that I can choose a date and then I don’t have to receive a package right away. That way I don’t miss out on a good deal when it comes up, when I don’t necessarily need the pet supplies yet. Thanks so much!

This is the worst experience I have had buying dog food online. My prescription dog food is hard to find and I was almost out when I placed my order 3 weeks ago, I still haven't received my food. Luckily for my dog I was able to find some food locally. There seems to be no effort to solve the problems and ship my dog food. Very disappointed with the service.

I have never received any products from your company, yet once a month i have to call and cancel an auto ship...so I can be refunded 67.99. I have asked 4x to be taken off this and yet here I am again being charged for a product not ordered or ever received. I have been polite and nice. I am reporting this company to the BBB. I will have to call again today to get my refund for non-services. Hannah

I am a regular petflow customer. I get 2 15lb bags of dog food every 12 weeks. Recently my dog refused to eat the food from one of the bags. At first I thought he might be sick. The dog kibbles looked slightly different than usual. I opened the second bag and he ate right up. I called petflow to report the bad bag of food. They send me a complimentary bag to replace the bad food.
