My first order The Royal Canin mother and baby were out of stock so there was a delay as it came from your New Jersey warehouse instead of the close by ones. When asked to exchange for the next stage R C KITTEN ( same price) upon receipt was not honored. The staff offered 15% instead of the first order percentage after I explained to him the situation and have been inconvenienced to drive to the stores to get them. The request of changes was also informed before shipping date.

Shopping on the website is hassle free, checkout is easy and my items were delivered on time! Very happy with my purchases here!

My kitty loves this ORGANIC food, and it was out everywhere but here. They shipped fast and it was packed well and very fresh. This is my new go to for my pet food. They were very kind and friendly when I called in a panic to order. They had plenty of stock. Great customer service!

You are always punctual with your deliveries. It’s hard for me to lift large bags of dog food. Portal to portal delivery is a must for me. And the most important thing is the food inside is FRESH. I’ve experienced a horrible Amazon delivery complete with an infestation of live insects. And they would not refund my money without me returning that disgusting product to them! Bad business and I did alert Amazon. But I would never buy anything edible from them PERIOD!
