First time using PetFlow. Ordering was easy and went smoothly. Our dog requires a prescription from our vet to purchase dog food. PetFlow was able to quickly get the Rx from our vet and kept us informed throughout the process. That being said, it has now been 11 days and still no dog food. I inquired about how much longer a few days ago. I was told our order had been approved for shipping but they had received a lot of orders and had delays with their supply chain. They said I would get a tracking number when it shipped. Still no tracking number or dog food. Hopefully soon.

Excellent choices with low prices and fast free shipping. We are repeat customers and we highly recommend.

Everything about ordering from Pet Flow was great. My only issue was how long it took to get it delivered. Will order again. Also would recommend to others.

Website and customer service confirmed my order. It took them over a week to tell me that cannot fulfill the order. That is too long to notify me that they don’t have the product!

Pros: Great customer service. Very quick to respond to my concerns about a product that became unavailable for a while. They went beyond the call and recommended other sellers. Cons: Shipping times are exceptionally long. If you know what you want/need order way in advance or you’ll be caught running out of your pet food.

Only good my kitty can eat without getting sick. They confirmed my prescription quickly and sent it out when a lot of other places were out of stock.

I ordered two case of canned food on Sept. 1st. It showed in stock. I followed up a few days later and was told authorization was approved snd the food was in warehouse and I would be notified it was going out very soon. I sent an email for a status a few days later and then called. I was told the same thing. I then get an email on Sept 10th that the order was canceled because of inventory. I called yet again and was told that the manufacturer does not let you to update the stock amount on the website! I never heard of this. It was recommended that I can have my vet call in to see if they can get some? I told them how I was in desperate need for this food as I was running very low and wasted 10 days and could have gone elsewhere. This was my first time dealing with this company and was very disappointed. I would bot recommend this company based on my experience
