I was checking my credit card charges and noticed there were 2 orders within 2 days for a small Yorkie; one of them a 15 pound bag of Fromm and a beef from Vital Essentials. BUT there was also a charge for a Primal pork and a beef from Vital Essentials which I do not recall ordering nor have I ever received it. I use my postal service as a conduit for packages I order so I prefer USPS mailings. However I also know I do not control HOW shippers ship their packages. I asked your rep to credit my account for the order I never received as a small dog cannot consume this amount of food and it would get stale. As I said, I do not recall having ordered the food so I appreciate your willingness to credit my card on file for the non received order. On Thursday September 23 this package was available to pick up. It was written on the package it was received on Sept 20. However, it was not available/given to me on Sept 20, 21 or 22 although I asked if any packages had arrived. I AM SO SORRY. I don’t think Pet Flow made an error or myself. It was the post office who had it “somewhere” on the premises and failed to make it available in a timely manner.

I placed and order. It said it had shipped then a few days later I got an email like “Sorry, oops, we don’t have it.” 😡

Was one of the only websites with the food I needed available. I ordered And was not hearing back from the company. Everything seemed delayed and it was a lot of back and forth phone calls to get the prescription diet approved. Finally a little less than two weeks later the food was delivered. It is much easier to order through petco or chewy. But I’d use them again if I needed to.

I have been using Petflow for several months and have always had good service and friendly people when I call to speak to someone on the phone

My experience was basically positive. However, my original order had a back ordered item that I was not made aware of. After going online and checking my order to see why it hadn't shipped yet, I saw the back ordered item. I called and the very polite customer service rep explained the situation. She then went ahead and had the items that were available. She also waived the shipping fee since it was now under the amount where automatically waived. I received the items in a few days. I just wonder if I would have ever been notified about the back order if I hadn't checked and called.

A very easy and pleasant buying experience. Super quick shipping. Very, very satisfied.
