Shipping is fast and dog food is fresh!

Quite frankly, my disappointment is because I really didn’t order this time. My order was processed without me hitting the accept” button. It was sent any way.

I chatted with a rep to see if Petflow carried Taste of the Wild wet food. It was out of stock, and rep asked if I’d like and email when the product came in. They emailed me it was in stock, I ordered it and it was delivered. My dog is a very happy pup now. Thank you for your prompt service.

I am happy I received the pet food orders on time. It will be the first time my dogs will try dry food/kibbles, which hopefully they will like.

Placed order with payment, and account stated 'getting ready to ship" for 4 days. On the 5th day since placing order, it is now being shipped and will arrive in 2 days. Lately there always seems to be a delay from placing order and the packages actually getting on the road to the purchaser. Because of such inconsistencies, the timeframe from placing order and the actual shipping needs to be addressed by PetFlow.

I was amazed how quickly I received Luie's Case of Dog food... So far so good, the Skin Sensitive food seems to be helping greatly. Thanks!

So disappointed with this company, I bought a no pull harness for my puppy. It broke on 1 week. Requested refund or replacement, was told needed pictures, sent pictures, never heard back. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
