Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I felt like they just wanted me off the phone. My package never arrived and is now on backorder

I bought canned food for my cat and got an e-mail that it’s not available and order is cancelled in more than a week! Although I was not charged, I was not shopping in other stores waiting for my order. I think something is wrong in the software, it shouldn’t let me buy something that is not available.

Your website and online system do not function well and because of this I will not be ordering from you ever again.

I received an item damaged and Matthew was so helpful to get the issue resolved immediately. Pet low has done an excellent job keeping the prescription diet food I n ex for my cats in stock, gets them shipped out quickly, usually with no issues.. This was the first little glitch and they got it taken care of straightaway. I am very pleased with Petflow!!

My package never arrived

The order came in two days. My cat likes the product. It is new and hard to find. Was happy she now has something healthy to eat

Food was 2 days late and i was literally on my last canned dog food. So it being delayed by 2 days really is why I'm giving the my recursive 2 stars.
